Return Policy

  1. Returns: Customers may request a return within two weeks of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

    • The product must be no more than 10% used.
    • Returns must be approved by Status Auto Care.

Auto Repairs & Detailing Policy

  1. Case-by-Case Basis: All auto repairs and detailing services are handled on a case-by-case basis, and pricing may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and specific service needs.
  2. Mobile Services: We offer mobile auto repairs and detailing within Fort Hood and a 60-mile radius.
  3. Manufacturer Warranties: Any eligible parts used in repairs may carry a manufacturer's warranty, but Status Auto Care does not provide additional warranties on labor or services.
  4. Final Sales: All repair and detailing services are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
  5. Payment & Estimates: Customers must approve the service estimate and provide full payment before work begins.
  6. Liability Disclaimer: Status Auto Care is not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages beyond the agreed-upon repairs or detailing services.
  7. Service Delays: Repairs and detailing may be subject to delays due to weather, scheduling conflicts, or parts availability.
  8. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a service fee.
